Shimmer Table

Shimmer is the series of tables and coffee table designed by Patricia Urquiola for the  brand Glas Italia. Games of lights and colors are reflected in this table by circular, simple geometries. Patricia Urquiola creates tables in laminated and glued glass  with a special iridescent  multi-chromatic finish, the color of which varies depending on the angle of incidence of light and the observation point. The result is magical and ethereal-looking objects. The table base can be dismantled and is fixed to the top by mean of metal plate, concealed by a circular decorated covering.
