Created by acclaimed designer Antonio Citterio in 2012 for B&B Italia, the Mera range of low tables merges with the transversal character of both traditional and modern sofas. Lemante Coffee Tables

Lemante is a collection of small tables replate with striking stylistic signs and with a strong biographical note for its creator, Japanese designer Kensaku Oshiro. The collection refers to organic forms found in nature juxtaposed with the more essential lines of the frame and is based on a simple geometric idea: two parallel squares rotated and offset by 45°. Prominent among the structural elements are the slender frame in metal rod and the corner joint composed of an aluminum casting. The tops are available in extra light transparent glass or molten glass, a process that creates organic textures and irregularities on the surface for a distinct tactile effect. Two materials are available for the base, black Marquinia marble or glossy lacquered in numerous shades. The collection comprises four interlocking sizes for infinite decorative compositions.

Blitz Table – Limited Edition

sculptural and unexpectedly powerful table produced in a limited and numbered edition of only 100 pieces, Blitz stands out for its flat, slim, geometric external frame, which finds its natural completion in the curved and sinuous shapes of the interior, revealing aesthetic and constructive solutions reminiscent of a suspension bridge. Bamboo was chosen for the frame due to its lightness and rapid growth, a wood here ennobled by fine solid wood processing.

It is an unusual choice for indoor use, but one that follows and relaunches the traditional quality of B&B Italia materials, at the service of an object reflecting a unique combination of design, engineering and high-quality cabinetmaking.

The surface pattern contrasts with the table’s interior in a soft black shellac effect finish. This solution generates intense visual effects, where curved shadows seem to float on flat surfaces. The top folds at the ends like origami, becoming a support that tapers and folds again in order to rest on the ground. Countless technological solutions guarantee extreme solidity, despite the apparent lightness.

The interplay between polygons and curved shapes creates a delicate balance between rigidity and comfort, where geometric elements seamlessly blend with softness.

Le Bambole — Bamboletto Bed

31,600

The Bamboletto Bed is a part of B&B Italia’s revitalization of Mario Bellinis’ Le Bambole series. Originally designed in 1972, Le Bambole won numerous awards, including the prestigious Compasso d’Oro in 1979. If you have ever taken one of your bed pillows and plumped” it, hit it in the center, and watched the corners expand, you’ve just re-created Bellini’s inspiration for his Le Bambole seating design. The action of plumping” and the resulting fullness visually connotes a profound bedtime” comfort and softness – precisely the feeling Bellini wanted to impart to all Le Bambole pieces.

Clyde Low unit

Glo-Ball F2 Floor

3,110

The Glo-Ball F2 Floor Lamp has been created by Jasper Morrison for the brand Flos. Before anything else, Morrison, an English industrial designer, sees himself as a concept developer. This approach leads him towards creating pieces that are his own takes on existing, classical forms and shapes rather than designing extreme or novelty pieces. It is this principle that guided his hand when he designed the Glo-Ball F2 Floor Lamp. Its beauty is in its simplicity and its uniqueness in details such as acid-etching on the sphere-shaped diffuser of hand-blown opaline glass. This diffuser sits on an elegant tubular stem made of grey lacquered steel that is anchored in a matching, disc-shaped base.
