“Yuh” is the phonetic spelling of the English word “You”. The name is very appropriate as this table lamp adapts completely to the needs of the user. The aluminium lampshade is height-adjustable and the tilt can also be adjusted, allowing you to adjust the light incidence to suit your individual requirements. The light from the LEDs is directed downwards through a diffuser without glare and the light can also shine gently upwards through an opening at the top of the lampshade. The seamless dimmer allows you to adjust the light output between 15 % and 100 %. Thanks to the memory function, the level of light output is retained even after the light is turned off.
Yuh impresses not only with its technical properties, but also with its minimalist appearance and its high-quality materials – the base of the light is made of fine Italian marble.
The table lamp is part of a series of lights that was designed by the Italian and Danish design duo GamFratesi for Louis Poulsen and was awarded the iF Gold Award in 2018. The duo is characterised by minimalist designs which combine tradition and innovation.
